Our In-Line Telephone Amplifier works on any phone with a dial in the base. It doesn't work with trimline type dial-in-handset phones, or RCA or GE phones.
It's compatible with both Carbon and Electret type handsets. Don't worry if you don't know what that means.
The unit can be powered with 2 AA batteries (not included), by USB, or plugged into the wall using the included USB wall adapter.
Unplug the handset cord from the phone, plug the In-Line Telephone Amplifier into that jack and plug the handset into the front (primary) jack on the In-Line Telephone Amplifier.
The unit also has a mute toggle switch on top, and volume adjustment wheel so you can easily adjust the volume for the call you're on.
NOTE: This amplifier works. Others we've tested don't. People constantly tell us they've tried amplifiers from electronics or drug stores, but they sound terrible or don't work at all.
